ABOUT US
Cheer Tech Dance & Fitness is Tallahassee, Florida's one-stop-shop for cheer, dance, and fitness training. The studio is home to CDF Platinum Precision Dance Team Inc., a youth dance team comprised of girls ages 4-18.
We also offer personal fitness training, as well as private and small group cheer/dance training from a former Tampa Bay Buccaneers Cheerleader.
Our studio is also the host facility for classes led by other dance/fitness trainers and instructors. Inquire about studio facility rentals for your next event, class or rehearsal!

Whether you're looking for a space to teach your fitness/dance class or planning a party or special event, we got you covered!

Studio A, our Main Dance Floor, is a blank canvas of 2500 SF of space, perfect for accommodating a large group of people. We commonly host dance fitness classes, team rehearsals, banquets and parties in this room.

Studio B, our Fitness Room, is 1300 SF and perfect for personal and small group fitness trainers who are looking for a more intimate training setting. Small boot camps, fitness challenges and personal/group training are commonly held in this room.
